• Recruitment –Both CQC and OFSTED Services. Specialize in recruitment from support worker Post to RM and RI post for children’s, young people’s services and adult services, clinical services and hospital staff.
• Audits –Support you with audits to ensure all aspects of regulations are being met for your services and identifying areas of improvement.
• Consultancy –General advice on how you can implement further improvements in your Clinical provision/care/residential home to promote better practice amongst the staff team. We are open to visit your home and help with reporting, recording, Safer Recruitment, Interviews, Health and Safety checks and house administration.
We understand how a Care home, Supported Living Service and Children’s home and clinical setting should operate and how to evidence the work you and your staff complete on a daily and regular basis, complete quality walks for supporting audits and understand what staff expect from their working environment and what you could implement to enhance your services.
• Reflective practice sessions -Staff Supervisions and Appraisals
• Mentoring – Team leaders, Deputy Managers, Registered Managers
• Support with Mock interviews- for RI/RM Fit Person’s Interviews,
• Support with completing– FIT persons application form.
• Support completing Statement of purpose template, Location risk assessment and young person’s guide.
• Support with Policies and procedures – Mandatory policies such as Safeguarding, Missing from Home, Behavior Management (including Restraint), Prevention of Bullying, Complaints, Equalities, and a children’s guide. All bespoke policies and procedures in line with Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards – adaptable Word Docs.
• Admin support – If you require my admin support, we charge an hourly rate for this in addition. Everything is tailored based on what support you need at the time
• Other – If you require templates such as a Risk assessment, Daily log sheets, or staff Observation logs, staff personal files, and other documents
